Trailing shuck: Amber Antron
Wing: CDC natural color plus any colored CDC to help match the wing color of the caddis flying
Thread: Color to match the head wanted
Body: Dubbing Ligas #39 for October caddis, color to match the body
Hook: Standard dry or Dai-Riki 270

| Tying Instructions |
- Wrap thread starting at point of hook back to the barb of hook.
- Tie on Antron shuck trailing off the bend of the hook (shank to 1/2 shank
length).
- Wrap thread forward 3/4 of the way towards eye.
- Tie on 2-3 CDC feathers tips out past the eye.
- Wrap thread back to shuck and start putting on dubbing. Caddis have a body more like a cigar shape/ Make the thorax area a little larger than the body, taper down to the eye pushing the CDC up and forward.
- Whip finish a head.
Vary the color and size to match the caddis in your area.
