Tying Instructions

Attach thread to hook and wind to the bend.
Stack a small bunch of deer hair (about 10-15 hairs) and tie in by the tips at the bend so the butts point to the back. Trim the tips.
Dub a large ball just forward of the deer hair.
Pull the deer hair butts over the top of the dubbing ball and tie off and trim.
Attach the hackle just in front of the rear body and palmer the hackle forward, about 4 turns or so. Tie off the hackle tip and trim.
Form a smaller dubbing ball just forward of the hackle.
Form a thread head, whip finish and cement.
