Rear Body: Black dubbing under black deer hair

Hackle: Grizzly

| Tying Instructions |
- Attach thread to hook and wind to the bend.
- Stack a small bunch of deer hair (about 10-15
hairs) and tie in by the tips at the bend so
the butts point to the back. Trim the tips.
- Dub a large ball just forward of the deer hair.
- Pull the deer hair butts over the top of the
dubbing ball and tie off and trim.
- Attach the hackle just in front of the rear
body and palmer the hackle forward, about 4
turns or so. Tie off the hackle tip and trim.
- Form a smaller dubbing ball just forward of the
hackle.
- Form a thread head, whip finish and cement.
