  • Abdomen: Black dubbing
  • Thorax: Black dubbing
  • Antennae: Black goose biots
  • Tail: Black goose biots
  • Head: Gold bead (optional)
  • Rib: Gold tinsel
  • Wingcase: Mottled turkey
  • Legs: Rubber legs, goose biots
  • Hook: Tiemco 8-12
  • Underbody: Weighted wire
  • Tying Instructions
    • Bend hook up slightly.
    • Tie in tail of goose biots, you may also put in brown hackle. Also tie in your gold tinsel.
    • Add weighted wire to hook.
    • Put a little dubbing onto the hook.
    • Add 1st set of legs, a total of 3-5 sets, both rubber legs and goose biots.
    • Continue to add dubbing.
    • More legs.
    • Once up to the head add in mottled turkey, add dubbing and tie down turkey feather.
    • Tie in goose biots as the anntenas, add half hitch and your done.
    Fishing Tips
    This is a great early season and late season fly. It will be fished down towards the bottom because of the weight. It will hit all those holes were the fish are hiding. Try stripping out line and letting it drift down stream. Slowly retreive!
