Wing: Clear Antron or substitute
Hook: Dry fly of choice #14-22 (I prefer TMC100 or Daiichi 100)
Body: Foam strip (Larva Lace precut in black)

| Tying Instructions |
- Lash a piece of foam to the middle of the hook shank.
- Fold the ends of the foam over into the middle (sized to the hook); tie to the shank.
- Tie in wing material fibers in the middle (slanting up and back at a 45 degree angle).
